To create a new journal:

1. In the navigation bar, tap the button next to the name of the current journal. This action will open the list of journals.
2. Tap the button in the lower right corner of the app.
3. Enter the name of the journal and select a color to represent the journal.
4. Tap the Done button to save the new journal.
5. Tap the name of the journal in the list to select it as the active journal.

To change the name or color of a journal:

1. In the navigation bar, tap the button next to the name of the current journal.
2. Find the journal you want to change in the list and swipe to the left over its row.
3. Tap the Edit button that appears.
4. Enter the new name or select the new color.
5. Tap the Done button to save your changes.

To delete a journal:

Note that once you delete a journal, its entries are permanently deleted. You cannot recover them. Please use caution when deleting a journal.

1. In the navigation bar, tap the button next to the name of the current journal.
2. Find the journal you want to delete in the list and swipe to the left over its row.
3. Tap the Delete button that appears.
4. Confirm your decision to delete the journal and all its entries by entering the name of the journal.
5. Tap the Delete button to delete the journal.
